Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a strategy used by companies to contribute socially to the community, in line with government regulations. However, managing CSR funds often encounters issues such as limited transparency in their distribution and use. This study aims to develop a prototype of a blockchain-based CSR fund management system to enhance transparency in the distribution and utilization of funds. The blockchain type used is a consortium blockchain, managed jointly by several institutions that are members of the consortium. In this research, the system will be collaboratively managed by the government, the company providing CSR funds, and the CSR fund distributor. The research method employed is Research and Development (RD), which involves stages such as needs assessment, system design, prototype creation, and limited testing. Simulation results using Hyperledger Fabric demonstrate that every transaction related to the distribution and use of CSR funds must be validated by both the fund distributor and the recipient, ensuring that the information recorded on the blockchain remains transparent and accurate. © 2026 IEEE.
