This study proposes an NLP Multimodal AI framework through a mixed-methods approach by using high-quality insight from qualitative interviews with disability students from Indonesia and Malaysia. The interview used a selected purposive sampling for choosing the participants. The research used a combination of dual frameworks, which consist of the Digital Inclusion Model for Assistive Technologies for usability and the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) for feasibility. Currently, most studies have only used one framework, like UTAUT, TAM, or TOE, independently. For future research, the study will expand the scope to include a greater variety of disability types, particularly in mental health. © 2026 Nanang Husin et al.
