Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Human Capital Management on the performance of food industry in East Java. The design used in this study was conclusive and the type of research used was causal research. The population used was the owner of food industries in East Java. The technique used for choosing the sample was simple random sampling with sample size of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 20. The results showed that simultaneously Entrepreneurial Leadership and Human Capital Management have an effect on the performance of food industry. Partially, both Entrepreneurial Leadership and Human Capital Management have a significant positive effect on food industry performance. © IAEME Publication
