To figure out the dynamics of the mathematical model of measles transmission with and without vaccination as a preventive measure is the purpose of this paper. The studies carried out include the stability analysis of the model, and using a computational program, the simulation is performed to synchronize the analytical results. The comparison between the stability of measles transmission model with vaccination and without vaccination is obtained in this paper. Two stationary points are obtained in each population. In terms of population without vaccination, (formula presented) are the stationary points. On the other hand, in population with vaccination, (formula presented) are the stationary points. We found T1 stable for β < μ + α, and T2 stable for β > + α. In the second population, the model would be stable around T3 and T4 when (formula presented) and (formula presented) respectively. © 2017 Pushpa Publishing House, Allahabad, India.
