Abstract

The online learning environment is becoming a solution, growing in popularity, and accommodating variety of student lifestyles. This study wants to explain the profile of students who take online lectures based on internal and external factors that affect the learning process. Types of variables on internal and external factors have been found in previous studies. In this study, 22 variables were used with 15 indicators for internal factors, 7 indicators for external factors, and 91 data obtained from students who took the database course with the unsupervised learning approach for the clustering process. and getting the optimal number of clusters k=4. © 2021 IEEE.
