Legal empowerment as a form of how the law can be related to other development goals, in this context the law can be related to preventing or reducing the spread of Covid-19 by having an awareness of the importance of knowing the distribution permit marking on every hand sanitizer product that is already on the market. Based on this, the important goal is to empower students of SMAN 3 Sidoarjo so that they have legal awareness regarding their rights as consumers. The method used is in the form of legal counseling with the delivery of material and interactive discussions. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that there is an increase in legal awareness based on indicators of legal knowledge, legal understanding and legal attitudes related to marking on hand sanitizers which show good results. This activity has a weakness, namely the lack of enthusiasm of students in participating in the activity because it is through virtual zoom so that this activity is not fully optimal. © Eny Sulistyowati, Muh.
