Abstract

This paper is the analysis of studies of pedagogical content knowledge and connected with the culturally responsive teaching on pre-service science teachers. This study used the qualitative research with document analysis. The purpose of this paper tries to explore the culturally responsive teaching in the science classroom particularly for ethnoscience course. The components of pedagogical content knowledge identified in the several existing literatures and there are three main relevant issues were discussed. These issues include (1) pedagogical content knowledge, (2) culturally responsive teaching content knowledge, and (3) culturally responsive pedagogical content knowledge (CRPCK). © 2023 Author(s).
