Abstract

Link and match is one of the government programs to increase the relevance of vocational education to the needs of the industrial world. The Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Malang runs this program with partner industries to develop a learning curriculum for vocational-based study programs. The learning curriculum developed includes lesson plans and learning modules based on the massive open online course (MOOC) on solar power plants in renewable energy courses. This MOOC development is based on the ADDIE development method. This MOOC is also structured to improve the technical skills and employability skills of students taking renewable energy courses, especially on the topic of solar power generation. MOOC validation was carried out by material and media experts from industry and academia and involved respondents, namely students. The results of the validation carried out obtained a validity level of 91.25%, so that the product is declared feasible to be implemented in learning. © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc..
