Abstract

Related to the problem of the spread of Covid-19 caused by the coronavirus that occurred in society in 2020, an application was created by the Ministry that takes care of health in the Indonesian government with the main feature as a tracker and traces the spread of the Corona Virus called PeduliLindungi. Unfortunately, with all the great features offered, this application gets complaints and dissatisfaction from its users. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the user satisfaction of the PeduliLindungi application. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) 2 was chosen as a reference for the research conceptual model with known constructs that can be used to measure user acceptance. The Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM) method and SmartPLS 3 software were used for data analysis in this study. Of the seven constructs used in this study, four constructs successfully explain Pedulilindungi user satisfaction. The four constructs are Performance Expectations, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Habit. The addition of additional variables outside of the original UTAUT 2 model or external variable model, can explain additional variability for further analysis of technology system acceptance. © 2023 IEEE.
