In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, technological advances have brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including education. Assessment management in Vocational High Schools (SMK) is critical to measure students' level of thinking. Rasch modeling allows analysis of student learning outcomes to assess their critical and analytical thinking abilities. The results of this research are expected to provide insight into the distribution of students' levels of thinking and provide recommendations for more comprehensive and fair assessment methods. The method used was one group pre-test post-test, which was applied to 30 students at Vocational High School 1 Jabon Sidoarjo. The reliability in Cronbach alpha was found to be 0.82, which means the questions were in an outstanding category. Some students answered questions by guessing. It is recommended that interactive PowerPoint media be used under ten pages so that the learning process can be effective and get feedback. © 2024 IEEE.
