Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) Merdeka Belajar aims to develop their student independence in planning, implementing and evaluating their projects. In implementing this distance learning program, Surabaya State University in the management study program has a policy of continuing to ask students to achieve the outcomes of the courses taken in that semester. This research used an online survey method with 250 management study program student respondents who were taking financial report analysis course and budgeting course, where they were spread across KKN village locations in the East Java province. The results indicate that the majority of students still need comprehensive assistance from lecturers so that the program can be achieved in the community according to the courses they are taking that semester. Future implications, distance learning has experienced a transformative phase due to advances in digital technology. Technological advances are taking an important role in learning with the emergence of innovative learning platforms and tools. © 2024 IEEE.
