The work style has changed from traditional perspective into flexible working as known by hybrid era. This study focus on how work-life integration (WLI) to promote employee well-being in these flexible working design, with connecting to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 3 on good health and well-being, and SDG 8 on decent work and economic growth. This study used and drown from 256 peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2025, the review shows that while hybrid work design give workers more freedom and control, they can also make bias between work and home, higher burnout, emotional drain, and poorer mental health. This study completely design how work and life style in this era can connect and support for business growth and employee well-being. Employee well-being lead to employee work by happiness and without any stress. Beside that, it support organization to reach long term sustainability. © 2026 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.
