The educational landscape is rapidly evolving, with a growing emphasis on integrating technology into the learning process. However, the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in enhancing student performance remains a topic of debate. This study delves deeper by specifically examining the influence of interactions between instructors and students mediated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems on student performance and anxiety within online learning environments. Utilizing bibliometric analysis techniques, this research offers a systematic analysis of existing literature to identify trends, gaps, and patterns in the research surrounding technology-driven education. By focusing on specific disciplines like mathematics and literacy, the study aims to reveal potential variations in the impact of technology based on subject matter and educational level. This analysis is expected to provide novel insights to guide the design and implementation of educational technology that fosters effective and inclusive learning. Additionally, the research intends to offer practical recommendations for optimal technology integration in various educational contexts (data analysis, business processes, etc.). Ultimately, this study aspires to contribute to improved educational quality through the strategic and impactful utilization of technology. © 2024 IEEE.
