Abstract

The study aims to analyze trend study misconceptions about physics participant education at the high school level and instrument diagnosis. Method study This study uses literature analysis through bibliometrics. Research data was obtained from 16 selected articles through Publish or Perish on the indicated Scopus database from 2019 to 2024. Selected articles have similar instrument diagnostic tests at some levels (Multiple-tier) on participants in high school. The results of the data analysis show that publication articles misconceptions about participants at the five-year high school level final experience decrease and increase, which means study misconception Still becomes the focus study moment and the problem misconception of physics Still often happens to the participant's high school education. Misconception physics on participants educate majority happen Because of internal factors in the form of mismatch preconception participant educate with draft scientist. Development instrument diagnostic test Four-Tier is a method for detecting misconception physics that is often developed in research, because more effective and more accurate in identifying misconception participant education and materials that are often under review misconception is mechanics. Besides that, research also reveals that Ida Kaniawati is the author who contributed the most to the research misconception physics. © 2026 Author(s).
