This study aims to identify trends in research publications, collaborative research between authors, and citation database clusters about SMEs, the creative economy and digital transformation through a bibliometric approach and VOSviewer software. The data sources are Scopus, Dimensions, and Google Scholar. The criteria included 198 publications, including articles (180) and conference papers (18). The data extracted included titles, abstracts, keywords, authors, affiliations, publication years, and references. These data are downloaded as ris, and VOSviewer is used for extraction. VOSviewer is used to construct author collaboration networks, citations, bibliographic couplings, and keyword networks. The lack of research directly relating the creative economy to digital transformation, could be a potential area for future research, considering the importance of digitalization in all aspects of the modern economy. The results of the co-occurrence analysis show that SMEs, the creative economy and digital transformation are not closely related. © 2026, Malque Publishing. All rights reserved.
