The transition from conventional learning techniques to digital educational technology has marked a significant shift in education. The purpose of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis to investigate the junction between learning and teaching in the digital learning environment (DLE). Research objectives of this research including 1) Identify and analyze the key themes, trends, and topics in learning and teaching within the DTL domains; 2) Examine the extent to which these technologies contribute to bridging the digital divide and promoting inclusive education; 3) Evaluate the effectiveness of personalized learning approaches, adaptive learning systems, and immersive virtual environments in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes; 4) Provide insights and recommendations for educators, policymakers, and stakeholders on leveraging these technologies for creating inclusive, equitable, and effective learning environments. The analysis of digital learning trends and metadata keywords reveals a significant growth in interest and investment in DLT in recent years. Recommendations include fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting the adoption of personalized and immersive learning experiences, investing in faculty training for effective technology integration, and conducting further research on emerging themes like customized learning and AI-powered tools to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
