Virtual reality (VR) has been shown to be effective in increasing early childhood learning motivation. In addition, cognitive and motor improvements are also affected due to the increased motivation. The study's objective is to analyze VR research articles in early childhood education. Through the analysis conducted, it is expected that developments in VR research in early childhood education have been generalised in various aspects of education in early childhood. Through a systematic review of the SCOPUS database, 362 eligible articles were initially identified and 8 articles were ultimately selected for detailed analysis. The findings reveal a growing trend in the utilization of VR in early childhood education, highlighting its significant benefits for enhancing learning quality by employing more engaging and enjoyable methods. © (2025), (UIKTEN - Association for Information Communication Technology Education and Science).
