This study investigates the influence of the UNESA Career Center Learning Management System (LMS) on students' readiness for studying abroad, with a particular focus on how digital learning supports the internationalization of higher education. As universities increasingly adopt technology to prepare students for global academic mobility, understanding the role of LMS in shaping language competence, academic engagement, and global readiness becomes essential. Using a quantitative explanatory research design, data were collected from 799 undergraduate students at Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) through an online questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS software. Three independent constructs—LMS Use, English Proficiency, and LMS Content Relevance—were examined to assess their effects on students' readiness for studying abroad. The results indicate that all three variables have significant positive influences, with LMS Content Relevance emerging as the strongest predictor, followed by English Proficiency and LMS Use. The structural model explains 66.9% of the variance in students' readiness (R² = 0.669) and shows strong predictive relevance (Q² = 0.316), confirming the robustness and reliability of the model. These findings demonstrate that the UNESA Career Center LMS plays a strategic role not merely as a learning platform, but as a comprehensive digital ecosystem that integrates academic learning, English-based training, and career development support. By aligning digital content with international academic demands, the LMS contributes meaningfully to students' preparedness for global learning experiences.
