Ecoprint is a type of batik innovation but the application of technology in the process of making ecoprint steam process which is still conventional. Based on these problems, this study identifies problems regarding the need for ecoprint batik steamer machines, where making machine designs that suit consumer needs and manufacturing machines. The method used in this study is reverse engineering. Ecoprint Batik Steamer Machine is designed using solidwork software. Next, the manufacturing process and control assembly will be carried out. Ecoprint Batik Steamer Machine is designed with 304 stainless steel material and advanced control system that allows accurate temperature and duration settings. The results of the study show that the ecoprint batik steamer machine with temperature and time control offers a significant advantage over conventional steamers. In terms of quantity, this machine is able to handle larger batches with better efficiency that can hold 4 times more batik fabric than conventional steamers, as well as optimizing the use of time and resources and also significant fuel savings with a percentage reduction in fuel consumption of up to 37.5% per hour, making it an innovative and sustainable solution for the batik industry. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
