Abstract

This research aims to determine the profile of students' creative thinking skills and to conduct a literature review to determine a learning model that can improve these skills. The research design is a mixed-method, where a quantitative approach is carried out by giving tests of creative thinking skills and efforts to improve creative thinking skills through a qualitative approach to literature review. The research subject used 30 students at Muhammadiyah University of Mataram who were given a test of creative thinking skills. Research samples were taken using simple random sampling techniques. The results showed that the creative thinking skills of students were 23.34% in the creative category, 66.66% in the moderately creative category and 10.00% in the less creative category. Based on the results of theoretical and empirical studies, it was found that integrating the Project Based Learning model with Entrepreneurial Science Thinking is an effective approach to enhance students' creative thinking skills. © 2025 Author(s).
