Abstract

To raise educational standards, the Ministry of Education started the School Digitization Program, and one of its goals is to provide Chromebooks to students as a learning tool integrated with Google services. Even so, there are still specific challenges associated with utilizing Chromebooks. The study aims to determine the priority order for the government to handle Chromebook issues in each district/city of East Java Province. The study's primary criteria were the number of broken and lost Chromebooks and the number of schools that have yet to use them. The study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to prioritize and analyze Chromebook issues, which will help governments overcome these challenges. According to the analysis, Pasuruan City is prioritized in addressing the Chromebooks issue. Addressing these issues requires further examination to ensure the aid meets each region's needs. © 2025 Author(s).
