Abstract

The implementation of the International Track Program is a form of implementation of learning development and quality assurance to produce graduates who are qualified and can be globally competitive. As a first step in initiation, the implementation of the International Track program at Unesa is prioritized on study programs that have been or are currently internationally accredited. The S1 Fashion Education Study Program needs to prepare itself to hold an international class pilot and prepare appropriate teaching materials. This research aims to develop teaching materials in the S1 Fashion Education Study Program for international class pilots based on blended learning to answer the challenges of E-Learning-based learning through the SIDIA platform. This research is development research. This development research was carried out to develop teaching materials for international class pioneers in the S1 Fashion Education Study Program. This development research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The data collection technique carried out is by using a questionnaire. The research instruments used in this study are expert validation questionnaires and student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis technique. The data obtained from learning experts obtained excellent results. Based on the results of the response, the students received a response with a very good category. Based on these data, the blended learning teaching material model that has been developed can be a solution to the research question that states that the blended learning teaching material model that has been developed is practical to be used in learning activities. © 2025 Author(s).
