Crime is an act that violates the laws and norms of society. Such actions are very detrimental to the surrounding community because they are caused by the development of factors in the environment. Indonesia is ranked 20th in the Global Initiative as a country with organized crime cases. Crime cases in Indonesia are currently still experiencing an increasing rate. Therefore, it is necessary to map the distribution zone of crime cases in Indonesia to determine priority areas, making it easier to handle crime cases in Indonesia. This study uses the K-Means algorithm in the zone mapping process and the Elbow method to determine the total of clusters. The result of this research is the mapping of s in Indonesia into three, namely 23 s in the green zone, 13 s in the orange zone, and 3 s in the red zone, from a total of 39 s in Indonesia. © 2025 Author(s).
