Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is responsible for managing various aspects of the institution's management, such as planning, designing, and managing to achieve the institution's goals. In improving employee performance, appreciation for the best employees is necessary. This research aims to identify the best employees using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) approach. This approach is referred to as the weighted summation method, where this study's criteria are the employee's working hours, external service, arrival presence, and return presence. The results show that the best employee in an institution has a score of 10.13; this achievement deserves appreciation to improve and maintain its performance. © 2025 Author(s).
