Digital era pervasive influence of technology across all aspects of life, underscoring the necessity of adopting advanced technologies and integrating continuous learning systems and contribute to a more dynamic and engaging learning experience, reflecting the transformative impact of technology on education. Indonesian Migrant Workers (IMWs) are a crucial part of the global workforce and focus of government efforts to ensure equitable access to higher education which includes initiatives like providing educational facilities in Taiwan and enhancing the learning system. This study employs a mixed method with a sample of 36 participants. The findings reveal that the E-learning activities were executed effectively and received positive student feedback. The integration of online applications has proven beneficial due to its flexibility and learning opportunities. Therefore, this method is highly accommodating for IMWs, allowing them to engage with and maximize their educational activities fully. © Copyright (c) 2025 The Authors.
